Webtoon - Brand Campaign 2022

Role: Creative Director.

You know that feeling you get when you find something new? It’s that sense of discovery, of getting into something you didn’t know existed. That’s what this campaign is about.

Webtoon is bigger than a new show, a new series, or even a new TV network. It’s about turning the next generation on to an entirely different art form – one that informs the others.

Webtoon is the premiere venue for web comics, attracting 85.6 million monthly viewers worldwide. They were launching a campaign stateside to capitalize on several of their IP being developed into television adaptations, and to increase awareness among the American audience that may not have known webcomics were a thing.

This was a big moment for the brand, which already had the content and the raw energy.

Webtoon just needed the introduction.
